You won't be just a number
At Mount Royal, your professors connect with you face-to-face. They know your name and they engage with you through hands-on-learning techniques in classroom settings that are intimate and personal – our average class size is 30 students. It also means you have more time in labs, it is easier to join in the academic discussion and your voice is heard.
Real world experience
A Mount Royal education combines real-world experience with academic study. Augment your education with hands-on course work, clinical placements and other work-experience opportunities such as co-operative education, internships, practicums and Community Service Learning.
Work while you study
Gain valuable work experience and earn money while you study at Mount Royal. If you are a full-time student with a valid study permit, you can work on or off campus without a work permit.
Vibrant campus life
It’s not all assignments and classrooms at Mount Royal. Have fun with new friends at U Fest – our annual welcome back outdoor event for students. Cheer on the Cougars at the Crowchild Classic.
