3.25 (or higher) unweighted, core GPA awards: Regardless of test score (or no test score), international students with a 3.25 (or higher) unweighted GPA in core courses can receive an award of $4,000-$10,000. Students with modest or no scores and a 3.25 (or higher) GPA in core courses receive this scholarship. Higher test scores will increase the merit award and the higher award prevails.
In recognition for students who exhibit an outstanding academic performance, the University of Arizona offers the International Tuition Award which offers $4,000 - $35,000 per academic year for freshman OR $5,000 per academic year for transfer students. A limited number of merit-based scholarships may be awarded to admitted students for Fall 2019.
To help you find scholarships, the University created Scholarship Universe, which matches you with thousands of UA and non-UA scholarship opportunities available throughout the year. UA scholarships are merit-based. These are limited in number and awarded to students with exceptional academic performance.
