Most of our faculty have a master’s degree or a doctorate. Wayland faculty are deeply versed in, and passionate about, their subject areas.  They are also actively available to students with eighty percent of faculty residing on campus.  It is not unusual to see students in after hours study sessions with their teachers.

You’ll be challenged to do your very best at Wayland. During these four very important years of your life, you’ll discover what makes you tick intellectually, learn the power you have to give to others through friendship and service, and feed your mind and body through the arts and sports. Excellence, you’ll find, comes from being comfortable with yourself and confident in your abilities.

College Counseling

Our four-year comprehensive program, the Wayland Plan, helps match students to the college or university that offers the best fit. One hundred percent of our students are accepted to four-year colleges and universities, many of which are among the leading private and public institutions in the country.
