What the tour gives you

Built around meetings that lead somewhere

Pre-scheduled agent meetings

One-to-one slots booked before you land, with counsellors from VNIS's vetted agent network — not a queue at a booth. You receive the schedule and agent profiles ahead of travel.

Student & parent sessions

Structured sessions with pre-registered families, not walk-in footfall. Vietnamese parents are decision-makers in this market; the format is built so you meet both generations in the same room.

Three markets, one trip

North, Central and South in three consecutive days. One flight, one shipment of materials, one team — instead of three separate visits or a single city that misses two-thirds of the country.

Follow-up that converts

VNIS coordinates post-event follow-up with every agent and family you met, through to submitted applications. Interest that is not chased does not become enrolment.

The itinerary

Vietnam is not one market

North, Central and South differ in what families prioritise and which agents operate there. Visiting one city and calling it "Vietnam" leaves most of the country unreached.

VNIS education fair in Hanoi
Northern Vietnam

Hanoi

Tuesday 16 March 2027

The policy and prestige market. Families here index heavily on institutional reputation, rankings and scholarship value, and the northern agent network is concentrated and long-established.

VNIS education fair in Da Nang
Central Vietnam

Da Nang

Wednesday 17 March 2027

Rapidly growing and consistently under-served — most international tours skip it. Central-region families travel to Hanoi or HCMC to meet institutions, so arriving locally buys attention that the two big cities cannot.

VNIS education fair in Ho Chi Minh City
Southern Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City

Thursday 18 March 2027

The largest and most competitive market, with the deepest agent base and the highest concentration of internationally minded schools and families.

Format

How a day runs

The same structure in each city, so a three-city institution knows exactly what to expect three days running.

1
Morning
Agent workshop

Pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings with education agents. Fixed slots, printed schedule, dedicated table.

2
Midday
Networking lunch

Open format with agents and the VNIS team — where the unscheduled conversations happen.

3
Afternoon
Institution briefings

Short presentation slots to the assembled agent group on your programmes, entry requirements and scholarships.

4
Evening
Student & parent fair

Public-facing session with pre-registered families, timed after school and work hours so parents can attend.

Exact venues and session times per city are confirmed in the prospectus closer to the event.

Who you will meet

Three audiences, in one room each day

Education agents & counsellors

Vetted agencies from VNIS's network across all three regions, actively placing students for the next intake.

Students & parents

Pre-registered families researching undergraduate, postgraduate, pathway and secondary options abroad.

High school partners

Counsellors and leadership from Vietnamese schools with students heading overseas.

Why Spring 2027

Timing and coverage

March sits before the main application push

Vietnamese families finalise destination decisions in spring for the following intake. Meeting them in March leaves runway to convert interest into applications.

Open to institutions worldwide

Unlike single-country events, this tour is open to universities, colleges, pathway providers and secondary schools from any destination — matching how Vietnamese families actually shortlist.

Agent-led, not booth-led

Agents drive the majority of Vietnamese placements. The tour is built around them first, with family-facing sessions layered on top.

Central Vietnam included

Da Nang is on the itinerary rather than an afterthought — a market most competitors never visit in person.

Partner packages

Pick your cities, then your table

Two-city pricing is unchanged from Fall 2026. The third city is discounted hardest — Da Nang is the market most institutions have never worked, and the price reflects that rather than asking you to pay full rate for an unknown.

Frequently asked

What institutions ask before registering

Who can register?

Universities, colleges, pathway and foundation providers, language schools and secondary schools from any country. The tour is not restricted to a single destination market.

What does the fee include?

Package contents vary by how many cities you join and whether you need presentation slots or additional delegates. Request the prospectus and VNIS will send the current package breakdown and fees for Spring 2027.

Can we attend only one city?

Yes. Institutions can join a single city, any two, or the full three-city tour. Most institutions new to Vietnam start with Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and add Da Nang once the market is familiar.

How are agent meetings scheduled?

VNIS collects your preferences and the agents' interests before the event and builds a one-to-one schedule for each city. You receive the schedule and agent profiles in advance of travel.

Do you help with visas and logistics?

VNIS provides invitation letters for Vietnamese visa applications and can advise on hotels near each venue. Travel and accommodation are booked by each institution.

What materials should we bring?

Programme sheets and scholarship information in English are sufficient for agent meetings. For the student and parent sessions, Vietnamese-language summaries help considerably — VNIS can advise on what to translate.

When is the registration deadline?

Places are limited per city to keep the meeting schedule workable. Register interest to receive the prospectus, current availability and the confirmation deadline.
