This page publishes the fee schedule for student services, the refund policy, how VNIS contracts with clients and how to raise a complaint. Every figure here is a real figure, not a promise to quote later.

These are VNIS service fees and do NOT include amounts charged by third parties (see below). Work falling outside a package is quoted separately in writing before it begins.
The items below are set by institutions, testing bodies, consular authorities or service providers. VNIS neither collects them nor sets their level, but will tell you about them so you can plan.
Before any paid service begins, VNIS and the client sign a written service contract setting out the scope of work, the fee, the payment schedule and each party's responsibilities.
You receive the contract before you pay. No fee arises unless it is stated in the contract or you have agreed to it in writing.
The first guidance consultation is free and carries no obligation.
The refund proportion depends on the stage of work VNIS has completed when your request arrives. The table below applies to VNIS service fees.
Amounts collected by third parties (institution application fees, test fees, visa fees, holding deposits) follow the refund policy of the body that collected them — VNIS does not hold and cannot refund those amounts.
| Stage at which you request a refund | Refunded |
|---|---|
| Contract signed, VNIS has not begun work on your application | 70% |
| Application preparation started, nothing submitted to any institution | 50% |
| Application submitted to an institution | 50% |
| An offer of admission has been received | 0% |
| A visa application has been filed | 0% |
Percentages apply to the VNIS service fee you have paid, not to amounts collected by third parties.
Send a written refund request by email or at our office, quoting your contract reference.
VNIS assesses the stage of work completed against the table above and your contract terms.
VNIS responds in writing within 15 working days of receiving a complete request, stating the outcome and the basis for it.
Where a request is approved, VNIS transfers the refund within 15 working days of the approval date.
VNIS does not charge students any fee calculated on the value of a scholarship received, and does not make payment conditional on whether a scholarship is awarded. Fees are based on the agreed scope of work, not on funding obtained from institutions.
If the scope of work changes, the fee is re-quoted in writing before work continues.
An application that must be completed in a shorter timeframe than usual.
Tasks that fall outside the package you signed for.
An institution, testing body or consular authority revises its own fees.
In every case, a revised fee applies only after you have been informed and have agreed.
If you believe a fee, a service scope or the handling of your application does not match what was agreed, raise a complaint through one of the channels below. Every complaint is recorded and answered in writing.
VNIS also runs annual satisfaction surveys with students, parents and partner institutions, keeping those records on file for at least three years for independent review.

A fee changes only when the scope of work changes — a different country or programme, expedited handling, work outside the contract, or a third party revising its own charges. Any revised fee applies only after you have been informed and have agreed.
Raise it by email or hotline via the Complaints section on this page. Every complaint is recorded and answered in writing. You can also give feedback through the annual VNIS satisfaction survey.
