Which institutions use a VRC?
Arkansas State University (Jonesboro, Arkansas) and Texas State University (San Marcos, Texas). Both are US public universities, and both have a Vietnamese-language site operated by VNIS - astate.edu.vn and txst.edu.vn - so you can verify rather than take our word for it.
How is this different from Master Agent?
