Overview

Why VRC

Opening a representative office in Vietnam means entity registration, a lease, local employment contracts and a country manager — before a single application arrives. Most institutions cannot justify that against an unproven market.

The VNIS Recruitment Center (VRC) is a dedicated team operating as your local office: your brand on the door, your programmes on the desk, your enquiries handled in Vietnamese — without you carrying the entity or the payroll.

You get the presence and responsiveness of a local office at a fraction of the fixed cost, and you can scale it up or wind it down as the market proves itself.

What's included

Everything your VRC team handles

Dedicated staff

Named team members trained on your institution, reachable by families and agents in Vietnamese.

Local contact point

A Vietnam phone number, email and physical address for enquiries and document drop-off.

Enquiry and application handling

First response, document collection and file preparation to your admissions standards.

Interviews and events

Host admissions interviews, information sessions and school visits locally.

Agent liaison

Day-to-day management of the agents recruiting for you.

Reporting

Regular reporting on enquiries, applications and channel performance.

How it works

Getting started in 5 steps

3

Go live

Local contact details published, enquiry routing and document workflows in place.

4

Operate

Daily enquiry handling, application preparation, interviews and agent liaison.

5

Review and scale

Quarterly review of volume and quality; scale the desk up or down accordingly.

The situation

You want a Vietnam office without the cost of opening one.

A registered entity, local staff and a lease is a multi-year commitment. The VNIS Recruitment Center gives you the same in-country capability as a shared service.

Frequently asked

What institutions ask about VRC

Is this a legal representative office?

No. VRC is a service operated by VNIS on your behalf, which is what makes it fast to start and easy to scale. If you later need a registered entity, we can advise on that transition.

Whose brand do families see?

Yours. Staff introduce themselves as representing your institution in Vietnam, within brand guidelines you approve.

How is this different from Master Agent?

Master Agent is about the recruitment channel — agents, commissions, pipeline. VRC is about local operating capability — a contact point, interviews, document handling. Institutions often run both.

What does it cost?

VRC is scoped to your volume and the hours you need covered, so it is quoted rather than listed. Request a quote and we will propose against your actual expected caseload.
