Once a year VNIS asks the students and families it has worked with. Honest feedback - including the critical kind - is what tells us where to fix things.
Why we ask
- To find where our service falls short and fix it before the next intake.
- To keep service quality records for the independent reviews we go through each year.
- Responses are only ever used anonymously in summary reporting; VNIS does not publish your name without asking you separately.
