What parents ask before booking
Can my child travel alone?
Students under 18 may not travel unaccompanied. If you do not use the programme transfer, you need a confirmed itinerary, a parental consent form and an accompanying adult over 18.
What is the minimum English level?
Classic English courses take all levels, including beginners. Subject courses such as Careers in Medicine, Model United Nations or Young Business Leaders need a good level, because they are taught entirely in subject English.
How far ahead should we book?
Aim to confirm in the first quarter of 2027. Summer accommodation and subject courses fill early, and the visa application needs time.
What if we cancel or change dates?
Cancelling in writing more than 14 days before the start date is refundable, less any non-refundable items. To move dates, give at least four weeks' notice so the fee can be transferred to a later start.
