A recruitment checklist aligned with the agent-led model
What VNIS runs before, during and after the event - so you can judge the method, not just the venue.
- Confirm institution objectives, priority programs, scholarship message and target profiles.
- Map selected Vietnamese agent partners by market fit, student quality and follow-up capability.
- Prepare agent-facing talking points, admission notes and commission/process notes where applicable.
- Collect guide assets: logo, profile, images, QR links, scholarship highlights and ad artwork.
- Pre-screen serious students and families for level, intake, major, budget and English/test status.
- Run institution–agent briefings focused on fit, programs, scholarships and conversion process.
- Facilitate curated student and family introductions after agent/institution alignment.
- Capture agent notes, student fit, parent questions, application readiness and next-step ownership.
- Support bilingual explanation for Vietnamese families where needed.
- Promote guide visibility through QR codes, printed copies and post-event follow-up links.
- Deliver agent engagement summary, student/family inquiry report and priority follow-up list.
- Route qualified students to suitable institution pathways and responsible follow-up contacts.
What institutions ask before registering
Can we participate without sending a representative to Vietnam?
Yes. VNIS-represented participation is available for institutions that cannot travel. VNIS staff display your materials, introduce your institution based on the agreed profile, collect inquiries and provide a post-event report.
Will we receive agent and student leads after the event?
Yes. Participating partners receive a post-event report based on agent engagement, attendee consent, package level and interaction records collected during the event.
Is the event only for U.S. institutions?
The event is positioned as a U.S. education recruitment platform. Priority is given to U.S. universities, colleges, pathway providers, high schools and service partners supporting U.S. study pathways.
How will guide advertising work?
The USA Partner Connect Guide 2026 is distributed online and offline to agents, selected students, families and VNIS follow-up campaigns. Options include enhanced profiles, half- and full-page ads, sponsored articles and cover positions.
What happens after we submit the registration form?
VNIS reviews your package selection, confirms the agent-engagement format, clarifies guide or add-on details if needed, and sends the formal invoice PDF to the billing contact provided.
Should we also consider the March 2027 tour?
Global Connect Vietnam (16–18 March 2027) adds Da Nang and is open to institutions from any country. U.S. institutions often join both: September to open the agent channel, March to widen it into Central Vietnam.
Reserve your agent-focused participation
Submitting does not commit you to payment. VNIS reviews your package selection, confirms the agent-engagement format, then sends a formal invoice to your billing contact.
