An agent-led Vietnam recruitment platform for U.S. institutions
Hanoi — Tue 29 Sep 2026 · Ho Chi Minh City — Wed 30 Sep 2026 · 14:00–17:30
Plug into VNIS's vetted, performance-managed network of Vietnamese education agents — the channel that drives real applications.
Meet pre-screened students and parents in structured sessions built for genuine decision-making, not booth traffic.
From first contact to submitted application — VNIS coordinates follow-up so interest converts into enrolments.
Agent partner mapping, institution profile preparation, email outreach, digital visibility and guide placement.
Brief selected agents and capture student level, intake, major, budget, English/test status and scholarship needs.
Agent meetings, curated student and family introductions, parent questions, scholarship discussion and application readiness.
Coordinate agent follow-up, book consultations, prepare shortlists, answer parent questions and route qualified students.
Agent engagement notes, student lead reports, inquiry quality, campaign results and post-event next-step opportunities.
Every package covers the same two-city schedule. If you cannot send a representative, VNIS-represented participation runs your table for you.

What VNIS runs before, during and after the event — so you can judge the method, not just the venue.
Yes. VNIS-represented participation is available for institutions that cannot travel. VNIS staff display your materials, introduce your institution based on the agreed profile, collect inquiries and provide a post-event report.
Yes. Participating partners receive a post-event report based on agent engagement, attendee consent, package level and interaction records collected during the event.
The event is positioned as a U.S. education recruitment platform. Priority is given to U.S. universities, colleges, pathway providers, high schools and service partners supporting U.S. study pathways.
The USA Partner Connect Guide 2026 is distributed online and offline to agents, selected students, families and VNIS follow-up campaigns. Options include enhanced profiles, half- and full-page ads, sponsored articles and cover positions.
VNIS reviews your package selection, confirms the agent-engagement format, clarifies guide or add-on details if needed, and sends the formal invoice PDF to the billing contact provided.
Global Connect Vietnam (16–18 March 2027) adds Da Nang and is open to institutions from any country. U.S. institutions often join both: September to open the agent channel, March to widen it into Central Vietnam.
Submitting does not commit you to payment. VNIS reviews your package selection, confirms the agent-engagement format, then sends a formal invoice to your billing contact.
