Logistics Arrangement
On-the-ground support so your team can focus on students
From interview scheduling to document handling and in-country coordination, VNIS manages the operational details of your recruitment activities in Vietnam.
How VNIS delivers logistics
Interview coordination
Schedule and host admissions interviews locally.
Document handling
Secure collection and processing of applicant materials.
In-country logistics
Travel, venues and on-site support for your visits.
Compliance support
Local requirements handled correctly, every time.
Why Logistics
A recruitment trip to Vietnam involves venue booking, interpreter hire, school appointments, materials shipping and transport across cities with difficult traffic. Handled from abroad, it consumes days of staff time and still goes wrong.
VNIS arranges the operational layer of your visit - so your team lands with a schedule that works and materials already in the room.
This runs standalone or alongside events, outreach and VRC.

What institutions ask about logistics
Can you handle just one part, like interpreters?
Yes. Trip Support is scoped to what you actually need - some institutions use VNIS only for interpretation and venues, others hand over the whole itinerary.
Do you cover cities beyond the big three?
Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City are standard. Other provinces are possible depending on the schedule; tell us where you need to be.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable. Peak fair season fills venues and interpreters quickly, so earlier is better if your trip overlaps a major event.
