Clever Academy – VNIS Group's standardized test preparation brand – is hiring GMAT teachers for classes in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and online. What sets Clever Academy apart from most centers: whoever teaches the class must hold a real test score. Our GMAT teachers have sat the exam themselves and their score reports are on record — no teaching from theory alone. If you have a strong GMAT score and want to teach seriously, this is the place to do it. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Teach GMAT on a personalised path: one-to-one or small groups, in person or online. - Run entry assessments, set target scores with the student and track progress session by session. - Review practice tests and analyse mistakes by section (Quantitative Reasoning · Verbal Reasoning · Data Insights). - Contribute to improving the curriculum and the internal question bank. Both full-time and part-time collaborator arrangements are available. Application deadline: 31 December 2026.
- A REAL GMAT SCORE: 700+ (previous scale) or 655+ (GMAT Focus Edition), still valid or with the score report on file. This is mandatory and cannot be substituted with experience. - Solid command of the GMAT Focus Edition structure — the exam has changed, and teaching the old format damages a student's preparation. - Strong academic English; able to explain why an answer is wrong, not just point to the right one. - Preference for candidates who have taught standardized test prep, or studied/worked in an English-speaking environment. - Able to teach in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or online. - WHEN APPLYING: state your GMAT score in the cover note and attach your score report with your application. Applications without a score report will not be considered.
- Small classes with focused students — mostly working professionals preparing MBA applications. - Curriculum, question bank and online learning platform already in place; you focus on teaching. - Flexible teaching schedule, including part-time collaboration. - Hourly rate negotiated on the basis of your test score, experience and student results; discussed at interview. - A place where expertise is verified by an actual test score rather than by reputation.
