Customer rights Request assistance within the registered service scope and file a complaint if VNIS fails to fulfill committed obligations. Service fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated to customers before signing a service contract or confirming a paid service arrangement.

• Customers may pay through bank transfer, cash or other payment methods accepted by VNIS.
• Service implementation begins after VNIS confirms receipt of payment for paid services.
• Cancellation and refund conditions, if applicable, are specified in each individual service contract.
• Third-party fees such as school application fees, exam registration fees or translation fees may be non-refundable.
