Job Opportunity: In-Country Representative for A-State (Da Nang)

VNIS Education, the official Vietnam Office representing Arkansas State University (A-State) since 2011, is seeking a highly motivated In-Country Representative based in Da Nang to support the university’s recruitment and market development efforts in Central Vietnam.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding A-State’s presence in the region through both agent partnership development and direct student recruitment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Agent Partnership Development

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with recruitment agents in Central Vietnam
• Provide training and updates on A-State programs, admissions, and scholarships
• Maintain strong engagement to ensure consistent student referrals

2. Student Recruitment

• Advise prospective students and parents on study opportunities at Arkansas State University
• Support application preparation and follow-up with the admissions team
• Achieve recruitment targets for assigned markets

3. Marketing & Outreach

• Plan and execute recruitment activities including:
• • High school visits
  • Education fairs
  • Student/parent workshops
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives aligned with VNIS and A-State strategy

4. Market Development

• Build relationships with high schools, counselors, and education partners
• Provide market insights and feedback to VNIS and A-State
• Represent Arkansas State University at official events in the region

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education, recruitment, or sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities
• Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Passion for international education and student development
